If local execution is offline, check the Horme app and the Mac it is running on.

Check these first

Horme is open on the expected Mac
The Mac is awake and online
The repository still exists at the trusted path
Settings shows the local runtime as available

Recover

A missing runner is a system problem, not a Needs You decision. Quit and reopen Horme only after confirming no objective is actively running. If the runtime remains unavailable, contact Alpha support with the displayed error and app version.
