Review and verification
Review separates what changed from what was actually checked.
What changed
Review lists changed files, the owning step and model, and the relevant diff so you can inspect the result before using it.
Observed checks
The current states are Passed, Failed, and Not verified. A check counts only when Horme receives matched command and result evidence for that run. Agent prose is not verification. Missing evidence stays Not verified, so work that does not require a particular check can still look conservative while relevance-aware check states are completed.
