- A required detail that Horme cannot infer safely
Answering
Read the exact request, make the decision, and let Horme resume the same work when the provider supports it. Claude Code and Codex can expose different permission capabilities, and Horme reports those differences.
System errors are different
A planner, runtime, or provider failure does not become a human decision just because work stopped. The current Alpha is still hardening edge cases that can misclassify some system failures. If no real choice is presented, use the error details and recovery action instead of answering the item.
