Execution boundary
Horme starts Claude Code and Codex locally under your user account. The agents can read and change files their process is permitted to access.
Coordination records
Horme stores the records needed to coordinate and explain work, including project paths, objective and chat text, plans, product-readable decisions, run status, bounded run events, agent summaries, changed-file metadata, verification evidence, and provider status readings. Repository contents and Git patches are read from your Mac rather than stored as a website copy of the repository.
