Stop now ends active work and work parked in Needs You. Horme keeps the objective, run history, and each step's actual ending.
- Waiting questions are cancelled with the run.
- Work that never started is not mislabeled as completed.
- Failed steps remain failed instead of being renamed stopped.
This behavior passed the Alpha acceptance cases on September 21, 2026.
